Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow Quadrant was an eye-opening concept for me when I first saw it. It helped me understand the different ways income is generated and why some people seem to get ahead and others do not.
I learned you are either on the left side, or the right side of the quadrant. You work for money, or money works for you.
Have you ever looked at that beach house and wondered to yourself how those people can possibly live there? The quadrant pretty much explains it.
There isn’t a right or wrong quadrant. Each quadrant is a mindset and it depends on what results you want to achieve and how you want to live.
Very simply, the path to the right side of the quadrant starts with thinking in terms of acquiring assets that produce passive income rather than living in a pattern of paycheck to paycheck.
What are your thoughts about this quadrant?
